Fiesta Village Facebook Business Page

We got Fiesta Village started with their social media strategy by setting up their Facebook business profile and Facebook Fan Page. We started by uploading images of the park and of their attractions. We created a custom profile image that we used here and on their Twitter and YouTube pages for consistency. We created a poll asking fans about their favorite park attraction, and we created a custom vanity URL for their page.

After getting the basics setup, we used their opt-in email list to notify customers of the new Facebook page, thus increasing their fan base.

We also designed background images for their Twitter and YouTube pages. These were very similar for consistency, and both included the URL for all their other social media sites.

After their social media elements were in place, we provided to Fiesta Village a document outlining how best to use Facebook and Twitter, how often and what to post, how to form relationships with fans and followers, and more.
